Our production facility is ULC listed for repair, recharge & refill of clean agent Novec 1230, FK 5-1-12, FM-200 & HFC-227 suppression cylinders. Control Fire Systems are the only Halon 1301 recycle center in Canada with contracts with the military and airline industry. Control Fire Systems Ltd's Published Warranties and Returns

To the original Purchaser of all fire systems and devices from Control Fire Systems Ltd: CFS assigns to the purchaser any warranty extended by the manufacturer of such products against manufacture defective materials and is limited to its replacement only. Any equipment found to be defective during the Warranty Period will be replaced free of charge upon the prepaid return of the defective part. Installation and labour is warrantied for a period of (12) months providing these three criteria are met. All manufacturers recommended maintenance instructions have been followed, a maintenance contract with CFS is in place and customers account is in good standing. Control Fire Systems Ltd. assumes no Liability for the failure of any system, or liabilities due to maintenance neglect or damage. By ordering the, PURCHASER agrees to and shall forever indemnify and save harmless the SUPPLIER (Control Fire Systems Ltd.) its owners, employees and agents, for and against all third party claims, lawsuits, (injuries or deaths) and losses alleged to be caused by the improper operation, installation or failure of the products supplied under the purchase Agreement.
